Anne Reid Evans
Born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA, Anne Reid Evans has always had a love of art and anything creative, as well as a deep love for the beach, ocean and everything associated with them.
Anne Reid graduated from East Carolina University with a BFA in Textile Design and then went on to Northern Virginia where she designed high-end bedding collections for a local company. Although she had a love for fabrics and her job, she loved and missed the beach even more so she came home where a friend encouraged her to start painting wine glasses, just for a few gifts here and there.
Since then, painting glasses has become a major part of her life and she loves being able to offer clients customized glasses. She primarily focuses on shore-themed designs but enjoys painting all kinds of subject matter for every interest.
Anne Reid resides near the bay in Virginia Beach with her lovable Pit-mix Layla and still tries to paint on canvas in addition to her glasses whenever possible in her rare "spare" time.
